Plans, trial and cancellation
Check the price and trial end before deciding whether to continue with paid access.
Steps
- As a workspace owner, open Billing and select Starter or Agency.
- Complete Checkout to start the eligible 14-day trial without a card; simply creating a workspace does not start it.
- Check Billing for the confirmed subscription status and trial end. A return from Checkout alone does not grant access.
- If you want paid service after the trial, add a payment method in the customer portal and review the next charge shown there.
- Use the customer portal to cancel or update payment details; Billing also opens invoice history in the portal when available.
Starter costs €19 per month for three brands and one seat. Agency costs €49 per month for fifteen brands and five seats, client approval links and API access. Prices include applicable VAT.
The 14-day trial starts in Checkout without a card. Without a payment method, your subscription ends automatically at trial end and you are not charged. If you add a payment method in the customer portal during the trial, billing starts at the displayed price when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime. The trial is available once per workspace. Restarting after a used trial requires a payment method and starts paid billing without another trial.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period. Workspace deletion instead cancels immediately without proration. Statutory rights remain as described in the Terms.
Expired access leaves reading and drafts available but disables scheduling and retries; the worker holds due targets until access returns. Check held posts after reactivation. Lookup failures display unavailable charge information, not a promised zero bill. Trial dates in the shell use your browser’s timezone; post schedules use the brand timezone.
